About Me

Blending field-tested expertise with data-driven clarity.

Peter Leonhardt, Founder & President of Mollify LLC

For over 20 years, my career has been shaped by two worlds: the precision of mechanical engineering and operations leadership, and the perspective shaped by pushing past mental limits in the outdoors, and sharing that wisdom as a guide.

Outdoor Expertise

  • Led groups through high-risk expeditions across rugged and unpredictable terrain, making split-second decisions under pressure while keeping teams safe, focused, and mission-oriented.

  • Balanced risk and precision in environments where calm thinking and trust determine the outcome. The same skills that drive results in complex organizational challenges.

  • Reading a situation and finding the path forward when others freeze is not just an outdoor skill. It is how we work.

  • The outdoors taught us that growth does not come from comfort. It comes from clarity earned through challenge. That same principle drives every Fresh Eyes Audit and every Epiphany Sesh.
